Storage

From Pack Out to Cleaning to Storage
The storage facility is often overlooked as part of a contents project, but it is important. Our modern warehouse opened in 2000 and built to be the best of its class. Our company has been storing fine furniture and contents for over 60 years and we are very proud of our storage facility. All of our crews are insured and bonded so you can be certain that the insured's belongings are in great care. We use the industry standard vault storage system. All items are inventoried to a vault level in case you need a box or item pulled during construction. Our crews are all trained movers and are experts on properly pad wrapping and loading the vaults for safe keeping.
Our Parsippany storage building was built from the ground up using modern construction materials. The building was completed in January 2000, and our first customers began storing their belongings shortly after. Since the building is family owned (and not rented from a landlord), we had the final say in how it was built. Only the finest materials were used in order to make sure our customers' belongings received the best care and protection.
Many other storage facilities are either metal buildings or "tip up" concrete because of high construction costs when building a four story tall warehouse. Though these construction methods are less costly, we decided to stick with the industry leading all block construction. This type of construction, along with special insulation and control systems, allows us to meet the standards for fine furniture storage.
We highly recommend not using the at home mobile storage containers. They are exposed to dramatic changes in weather and furniture was not designed or engineered to handle the extremes in temperature and humidity.
Our company has been providing quality storage services for over 60 years. We provide household goods storage, commercial storage and records storage and management services out of our state-of-the-art warehouse.
Our Vault Storage System for Contents
Furnishings are padded in quilted moving blankets and placed in large wooden vaults. Each vault holds about 200 cubic feet of household goods. They are constructed from wood and are designed to be stacked up to four high in our warehouse. We will only store items from one customer in each vault. Each one is tracked and monitored by our locator system. The possessions will stay in the vault until final delivery is requested. For pieces too large for vault storage, we have dedicated a special area of our warehouse for oversize items.
